HERITAGE THEATRE FUNCTIONS & EVENTS

The Heritage Theatre is the ideal Venue for Corporate Functions, Product Launches or just a great night out enjoying a genuine Supper Theatre experience in the heart of Hillcrest.

Assisted by a very professional, friendly ‘hands on’ team who will assist you in every way to ensure that your Function is a great success.

Exclusivity (Evening Shows):

Should you require The Theatre for exclusivity there will be a minimum charge equivalent to 180 Pax at the Show and Meal ticket price. The Theatre will be at your disposal for sole usage and no other Patrons will be allowed in. Various Branding opportunities are available. The cost, covers the Show, and delicious 2 Course Meal. Coffees, desserts and drinks will be extra and can be charged to a master account if so require. Should you require The Theatre over our peak period there will be a minimum charge equivalent to 220 Pax at the Show and Meal ticket price.

We also have the option of Lunch Time Performances over our peak period. We would encourage you to book early to avoid disappointment. A bar tab can be run for your Guests on the evening and is to be settled on the evening of the function. In order to secure the booking a 50% deposit is required. Confirmation is only approved once proof of payment has been received via fax to 031 765 8945 three days prior to your event billing is calculated on confirmed numbers. Please note that should the booking be cancelled within 14 days prior to the function this deposit becomes non-refundable. Guests Lists must be confirmed 3 days prior to the function for catering and seating purposes.

Seating Capacity:

The Heritage Theatre seats 230 Guests, accommodating from tables of 2 to maximum 12 Patrons. The Theatre has a very intimate setup, and can accommodate smaller Corporate Groups. We encourage Corporates to arrive a little in advance and you and your Guests can enjoy a Social Drink or Cocktail on our Deck.

Festive Season Performances:

It’s that time of the year when all Company Function Co-ordinators are being asked the same question: Where have u Booked the Year-end Party?

Well looking no further we have the perfect Venue and if u haven’t tried us already u are missing out. We can guarantee that this year’s party will be the one everyone’s talking about!

We have arranged Special Lunch-Time performances of the Show on the following dates so why not bring along your ‘TEAM’ and join in the Festive Cheer.

We will host u and your Guests at 12h00 for 12h30, A Delicious 2 Course Lunch served until 14h00, Curtain-up 14h00 to 15h00.

November: 21st Wednesday , 22nd Thursday, 23rd Friday, 28th Wednesday, Thursday 29th , Friday 30th

December: 5th Wednesday, 6th Thursday, 7th Friday, 12th Wednesday, 13th Thursday, 14th Friday

Day Conferences:

The daytime Conferencing package is R195 per person and includes the following:-

  • Venue Use until 17h00 hours
  • Refreshments on arrival (Tea / Coffee/ Fresh Juice / Pastries)
  • Mid morning break (Tea / Coffee / Fresh Juice/ Biscuits)
  • 12h30 onwards Luncheon (Plated 3 Course Meal or alternatively we can tailor make any Menu to suit your function requirements)
  • Mid Afternoon break (Tea / Coffee / Fresh Juice / Scones)
  • Room Hire is included in the Day Conference Package should your numbers be greater than 100 Pax.
  • Should your numbers be less than 100 Pax and additional R5000 will be charged.
All other refreshments during Conference will be charged to a Master Account.

Standard Equipment included in Day Conference Package:-

  • Large screen with state-of-the art Audiovisual Equipment
  • Data Projector
  • Access to Highly qualified Technicians (sound check and dry run required prior to event)

Additional Facilities:

  • More than adequate, secure underground Parking
  • Wheelchair Access
  • Deck Area - (Arrive a little in advance and you and your Guests can enjoy a Social drink / Cocktail on our Deck).
  • Bar Facilities: Various Options to Accommodate your Budget (No beverages may be bought into the Theatre)
  • Our Full Time Head Chef can offer appetizing Menu’s for your Selection or is always willing to discuss your Function requirements.
  • The Theatre is one of the few Venues in the province where a vehicle can be driven onto the stage. (This must be discussed with Theatre Management).
